  • Participate in General Survey on annual basis; reviews and adjusts starting rate and salary range as deemed appropriate including analyse the results of the surveys to develop specific recommendations to support pay decisions and develop competitive salary structures
    • Analyse current status of company compensation & benefits packages compare with those targeted companies
      • Recommend maintaining or adjusting the packages to ensure internal and external competitiveness
      • Monitor current benefits schemes or policies and propose of changing if the current is not compatible with current situation
      • Monitors, updates and maintains salary structure for staff at all levels to be competitive with concerned market and able to attract competent candidates
      • · Ensuring TAP job grade are in line with the marketand Heineken company
      • · Ensuring the appropriate Job Grade for the position or re-evaluate job when evaluated factors have been changed
      • · Conduct/Supports in job evaluation process
      • · Conduct Job Evaluation for new position to define Job Level based on Company Job Grade Structure
      • · Recommend the appropriate Job Grade for the position or re-evaluate job when evaluated factors have been changed
      • · Conduct compensation benchmarking, position classification, job evaluation and analysis and making appropriate recommendations relative to all matters pertaining to compensation, taking into consideration market competitiveness, alignment with company compensation philosophy and internal equity
