Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive talent acquisition strategies to meet the company's staffing needs
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand their staffing requirements and develop job descriptions and candidate profiles
  • Utilize various sourcing methods to attract qualified candidates, including job boards, social media, networking events, employee referrals, and direct sourcing techniques
  • Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess candidate qualifications, skills, and cultural fit
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and cross-functional teams
  • Manage the candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, providing timely communication and feedback
  • Collaborate with the Shared service team to negotiate job offers, finalize employment terms, and facilitate the onboarding process for new hires
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records and recruitment metrics to track progress and measure the effectiveness of recruitment efforts
  • Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and legal requirements related to talent acquisition and recruitment

 

Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor's/Master's Degree in Human resources, Business Administration or a relevant field
  • 5 years + of working experience in Recruitment
  • The ability to conduct different levels of interview
  • A working knowledge of employment law and legislation
  • Good command of English
  • Advanced skills in Dashboard Report; Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
