Develop and implement comprehensive talent acquisition strategies to meet the company's staffing needs
Partner with hiring managers to understand their staffing requirements and develop job descriptions and candidate profiles
Utilize various sourcing methods to attract qualified candidates, including job boards, social media, networking events, employee referrals, and direct sourcing techniques
Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess candidate qualifications, skills, and cultural fit
Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and cross-functional teams
Manage the candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, providing timely communication and feedback
Collaborate with the Shared service team to negotiate job offers, finalize employment terms, and facilitate the onboarding process for new hires
Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records and recruitment metrics to track progress and measure the effectiveness of recruitment efforts
Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and legal requirements related to talent acquisition and recruitment
Qualifications:
A Bachelor's/Master's Degree in Human resources, Business Administration or a relevant field
5 years + of working experience in Recruitment
The ability to conduct different levels of interview
A working knowledge of employment law and legislation
Good command of English
Advanced skills in Dashboard Report; Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
