Responsibilities:

  • Handle all aspects of Payroll: Consolidation, Validation, and Execution.
  • In charge of the HRIS system and payroll system and to ensure all records and data are updated accordingly and system enhancement.
  • Responsible for daily benefit operational functions
  • Managing and resolving employee queries related to payroll, HR policies, attendance, and leave system.
  • Be responsible, participate, or support ad hoc HR tasks and projects when assigned from time to time

Qualifications:

  • Minimum Degree in Human Resources, Administration, Business, or related studies, post-graduate management in HR will be an added advantage
  • 5-7 years of experience in HR Operations or HR Service delivery in Payroll and HR Shared Services in a diverse and complex organization
  • customer-focused mindset coupled with the ability to manage customers in an understanding and professional manner
  • Able to maintain strict confidentiality and good interpersonal skills to handle sensitive and confidential matters
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks with limited supervision
  • Flexible, good communication and interpersonal skills
