Excellent on Execution Manager (EOE Manager)

Responsibilities:

 

  • Align with TMK on Channel strategy & Plan, Outlet segmentation, and Prioritization
  • Clearly understand Picos and translate to Sales Execution
  • Ensure Visit effectiveness, Target and Measure Execution in the key channel, and Rewarding Execution
  • Design and Execute Customer Centricity, Lead to change/improve internal process and customer pain points to improve customer satisfaction and NPS (Net Promoter score)
  • Data Strategy, Manage distributor data and Key customer (Outlet data), Generate and Analyze data to drive sales, simplify and create dashboard to track performance

 

Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT, Finance, Marketing, or related field.

· Minimum of 3-5 years middle management experience in the Commercial area ( Trade Marketing, Sales, Data Analyst)

· Good English communication skills.

· Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.

· Channel understanding and customer management, customer value drivers

· Work well with others and can work well under pressure with minimum supervision.

· Good negotiation & problem-solving skills.
