Responsibilities:

  • Stay abreast of enterprise advancements and leverage new features and functionalities to enhance business performance.
  • Foster collaboration and knowledge-sharing across organization, driving a unified approach to technology and innovation.
  • Navigate and address the unique challenges and opportunities presented by different markets and regulatory environments.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in IT systems and technologies.
  • Provide guidance and support to subordinates, fostering their professional growth and development.

 

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a senior technology leadership role within the FMCG industry.
  • Extensive experience in leading technology transformations and implementing data-driven strategies.
  • Exceptional strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to drive innovation and continuous improvement.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with a track record of building and leading high-performing teams.
  • Pleasant personality, Good Mindset/ Positive Thinking
  • Strong verbal and written skills in English is required.
