SO&CS Manager

·      To be the representative from Sales team to conduct continues improvement either processes or digitals.

·      To govern Sales Operation and Customer Service function.

·      To implement Sales Incentive scheme to all sales

·      To monitor and report sales budget to sales management.

·      To govern draught beer services operation ,draught beer assets control and draught beer assets utilization.

·      To govern the requests of  POS, fridge, and draught beer events .

·      To lead TPM: CV pillar and drive CV pillar activities be happened as plan.

·      Counsellor to sales team
