D&T Manager

Job Description

1. Consulting service (Business Partner)
   1. Produce detailed flow charts and diagrams outlining systems processes and business processes.
   2. Project Management
      1. Communicate and coordinate with internal user, commercial team, operation team for appropriate assigned project and service delivery.
      2. Manage sub-contractor to deliver assigned project in agreed scope, time, and cost include budgetary management.
      3. Provide project presentation, update status, milestone check and control.

1. Ensure that the business solution is successfully implemented by defining the right architecture and integrate the solution into the TAP’s environment.

3. Provide consultation on compliance practices and recommendations on the correct use of the solution
4. Understanding and interpreting business requirements and translating them for the implementations
5. Advise to automate the process to improve efficiency and streamline processes.
6. Documenting the undertaken activities
7. Provide training to internal user on the respective applications usage.

3. Familiar with automation tool (RPA), Container for DevOps and low code platform
4. Experience in Programming at least 3 years
5. Have an experience in ERP
6. Good knowledge skills in ERP system as Accounting & Supply Chain module.
7. Able to develop program (Dot net/ React/ Flutter/ Mendix/Power Apps)
8. Possessing business analysis skills in FMCG industries related areas will be an added.
